London taxi drivers have been advised to prepare for upcoming traffic restrictions as the popular RideLondon cycling event is set to return on Sunday 28 May.
With additional events taking place in Essex on 26 and 27 May, road closures are expected to be in place across both regions.
Delays are anticipated around the event, especially on the A13 and A406. To ensure that drivers are aware of the road closures and to help plan journeys accordingly, the RideLondon website has provided access to full details on all the expected restrictions.
Transport for London (TfL) shared details of the road closures to cabbies via its weekly emailed update.
