RANK WARNING: Multiple parking tickets being issued to cabbies parking on central London rank

Taxi drivers have been warned they could face a fine if they chose to use Chapel Street rank as a handy parking space.

According to a well respected cabbie and trade representative, Heather Rawlinson, who has helped hundreds of other drivers with PCN appeals, drivers should take heed.

Heather said on Twitter: Quite a few PCNs are coming in for drivers stopping in this bay on the right. Chapel Street opposite M&S Edgware Road.

“Okay to drop or pick up, but not to nip and get your lunch.”
