Shine Night Walk for Cancer Research UK set to raise taxi demand

The highly anticipated Shine Night Walk is set to take place this weekend, Saturday 23 Sunday to 24 September.
The annual event, which raises crucial funds for Cancer Research UK, will commence and conclude at Evolution within Battersea Park.
Participants can expect an evening filled with joy, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to fighting cancer. The walks will begin at various times throughout the evening of the 23 September, allowing individuals to choose a time that works best for them.
With the event drawing a substantial number of participants, Transport for London (TfL) is anticipating a surge in demand for taxi and private hire services near the finish. In order to accommodate this influx, there will be a dedicated Licensed Taxi Drivers' Association (LTDA) marshalled rank. Taxis will have access to the park via the Rosary Gate, with an exit available through the Chelsea Gate.
