Taxi drivers warned to NOT park on London Bridge Station rank or risk vehicle being removed

Taxi drivers parking on the London Bridge Station rank for long periods of time have been warned that their cabs could be removed from the area after security risks concerns surface.
The rank, which is located outside the front of the station at upper level, is meant to provide a designated space for taxi drivers to offer their services to the public. However, a tiny minority of drivers have been leaving their vehicles on the rank for significant periods of time, sometimes hiding their identifiers.
This prevents other drivers from getting onto the rank to work and also creates a potential security issue that could result in the closure of the station for trains, buses and taxis while the vehicles are removed.
Drivers who do not comply with these requests have been warned that their vehicles will be removed.
